At the Tillawi Holding Group, client satisfaction is our priority. Since its foundation in 1949 in Amman, Jordan, under the late Mr Wafik Tillawi management, the Company has strategically acquired & established promising business entities in diverse sectors and industries, from industrial solutions to automotive specialty equipment and consumer retail business to specialized contracting projects.

The aim of our firms is to improve people’s lifestyles in different ways while promoting economic growth and providing accordingly vast employment opportunities.

Since inception, THG became a role model for success with its solid history and continuous efforts, and its that enabled it to consistently achieve high returns.

Over the years, we have built an impressive portfolio of companies & franchises in addition to international and well-known brands that we import to the Jordanian

& Iraqi markets. We have also perfected our system for developing new concepts, products, labels, and brands in addition to our proven approach to identifying opportunities and spearheading market innovation.

Chairman of the Board

Omar Tillawi

Omar is President of Tillawi Holdings. He leads the company’s employees who strive every day to deliver on its Purpose: For those who lead the market.

Omar also oversees corporate investments and risk management related to the company’s financial activities as well as the strategic planning of the group.

Omar earned a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Sheffield in 1977 and his Masters in Engineering from the University of Liverpool

Board Member & VP

Khaled Tillawi

Khaled is the Vice President and President of THG RES. He set the strategic direction for the real estate & wealth investment business segments of the group.

Khaled also leads consumer retail product innovation and new product development brands.

Khaled earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from London Business School.

Board Member & CEO

Ahmad Tillawi

A nearly 40-year veteran of THG, Ahmad has held progressive roles of increasing responsibility including in sales, marketing and, most recently, as VP and Chief of Staff to the CEO. In that role, Ahmad helped drive the company’s annual strategic plan and contributed to the development of THG strategy.

Ahmad earned a bachelor's degree in Engineering from The University of Sheffield in 1980 and his Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Board Member

Salaheddin Tillawi

Salaheddin is the Vice President of Corporate Business Development.

In addition, he has leadership oversight for Zahwa International Ventures, the company’s corporate venture initiative and is responsible for the company’s Cross Business Commercial effort as well as for Innovation Everywhere, the company’s grassroots innovation team.

Salaheddin holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1984 and his Masters in decision sciences from the University of California at San Diego
